Name Unified Theater

Unified Theater is a student-driven initiative that facilitates inclusion of young people with and without disabilities through the performing arts. They partner with middle and high schools, train student leaders, and help coordinate a final production which includes students of all abilities. Founded in 2002 by Micaela Connery when she was only 15, Unified Theater has programs running in 27 schools throughout five states and has let thousands of young people step into the spotlight.
